
TOMATO EGG NOODLE SOUP

Ingredients:
2 tomatoes
200g of minced meat
2 eggs
1 pieces of Fish cake
1 spring onion
1 bowl of water
Noodle
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
Light soy sauce
Salt
Sugar
To make it:
Add a little salt and light soy sauce to marinate the minced meat for 20 minutes.
Cut the tomato and fish cake into slices, and chop the spring onion.
Stir one egg well and put a proper amount of cooking oil into the pan. Pour the egg after the pan is hot and fry it.
In the same pot, fry the tomato slices and add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce together. Pour in a bowl of water, cover with the lid and cook for 5 minutes. After that, add the minced meat and sliced fish cake. Season with proper amount of salt and sugar.
After the second boil, add another egg liquid and sprinkle the chopped spring onion.
Cook the noodle after water is boiled and add a little salt in it. Take the noodle out after cooked for serve.
