
SWEET & SOUR SAUCE MEATBALLS

Ingredients A:

500g of minced pork
-
2 teaspoon of corn flour

1 egg (beaten)

1 tablespoon of rice flour
Ingredients B:
-
½ onion (sliced)
-
½ green capsicum (cut into pieces)
-
½ red capsicum (cut into pieces)
-
½ pineapple (cut into pieces)
Ingredients C:
-
1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
-
1 tablespoon of chopped onion
-
1 teaspoon of salt
-
¼ teaspoon of five spice powder
-
½ teaspoon of pepper powder
Ingredients D:
-
200g of tomato ketchup
-
5 tablespoon of water
-
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce

1 tablespoon of sugar

1 teaspoon of salt
To make it:
-
Combine minced pork with Ingredients C for 30 mins.

Add egg and mix well. Stir in corn flour.

Shape minced pork into small balls and coat with a layer of rice flour.

Heat up oil in a wok and deep fry meatballs until golden brown.

Reserve 1 tablespoon of oil in the wok and stir fry Ingredients B until aromatic.

Add Ingredients D and bring to a boil.

Add meatballs and stir to coat.
