SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE FRIED EGG

Serves 4-6
(Prep. time 20 mins)

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs

  • 4 tablespoon of tomato ketchup

  • 2 tablespoon of light soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoon of sugar

  • ½ tablespoon of vinegar


To make it:

  • Crack 4 eggs into a bowl but do not beat it.

  • Heat up 1 bowl of oil in a wok. Add eggs and deep fry until the edges are crispy and slightly burnt.

  • Add flour solution and stir well.

  • Pour sweet and sour sauce on fried eggs, and top with spring onion.
