SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE FRIED EGG
Serves 4-6
(Prep. time 20 mins)
Ingredients:
4 eggs
4 tablespoon of tomato ketchup
2 tablespoon of light soy sauce
2 tablespoon of sugar
½ tablespoon of vinegar
To make it:
Crack 4 eggs into a bowl but do not beat it.
Heat up 1 bowl of oil in a wok. Add eggs and deep fry until the edges are crispy and slightly burnt.
Add flour solution and stir well.
Pour sweet and sour sauce on fried eggs, and top with spring onion.
