STEAMED EGG WITH ENOKI MUSHROOM
Serves 2-4
(Prep.time 40 mins)
Ingredients:
A pack of enoki mushroom
2 eggs
2 teaspoon of soy sauce
Pepper
To make it:
Cut the stem of the enoki mushroom and wash it.
Beat the eggs.
Prepare a plate and pour the beaten eggs and enoki mushroom into it.
Add soy sauce and pepper for flavours.
Place the plates with the egg mixtures on a steamer or rice cooker.
Cook it for 30 minutes with medium heat.
Serve it hot.
