STEAMED EGG WITH ENOKI MUSHROOM

Serves 2-4
(Prep.time 40 mins)

Ingredients:

  • A pack of enoki mushroom

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 teaspoon of soy sauce

  • Pepper


To make it:

  • Cut the stem of the enoki mushroom and wash it.

  • Beat the eggs.

  • Prepare a plate and pour the beaten eggs and enoki mushroom into it.

  • Add soy sauce and pepper for flavours.

  • Place the plates with the egg mixtures on a steamer or rice cooker.

  • Cook it for 30 minutes with medium heat.

  • Serve it hot.
