"Maifan" Stone Wok

There are several layers of various materials – namely two main layers, the base, and the coating layer.
 
The coating layer is made of sapphire, lining the surface area beautifully. This topmost coating is free of PFOA. The next layer in the coating is the non-stick top-coating material, and the third is the wear-resistant layer. The base layer has an induction base for the best levels of heat control. On top of this is the high temperate exterior coating which is also a little thicker than the bottom layer.
 
Extra tips:
The metal type spatula or utensils is not suitable to be use together with the stone wok. It might shorten the life usage of it.
