HOT & SOUR SAUCE FRIED KAMPUNG FISH

Ingredients:

3-4 kampung fish

Salt & pepper powder

Sauce ingredients (mixed well)
- 8-10 shallots (chopped)
- 4-5 pips garlic (chopped)
- 4-6 calamansi lime (squeezed)
- 2 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of fish sauce
- Some bird’s eye chilies
To make it:

Make some scores on the fish.

Rub the fish with salt and pepper powder.

Heat up 4 teaspoon of oil in a wok.

Shallow fry fish until golden brown.

Pour sauce ingredients on the fish.
