HOMECOOK BIBIMBAP

Serves 2-4         
(Prep. time 20 mins)

Ingredients:

  • 300g of your choices of meat

  • 1 corn

  • Fried eggs

  • ½ cucumber

  • ½ carrot

  • Rice (depends)

  • 2 tbsp of light soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp of dark soy sauce

To make it:

  • Add dark soy sauce and light soy sauce to marinate the minced meat for 10 minutes.

  • Cook the rice based on the number of people.

  • Shred the cucumber, carrot and potato into stripes. Remove the corn kernels from the corn cob.

  • Steam the shredded carrots and corns for about 5 minutes until the it is cooked.

  • Heat up the pan with 2 tablespoon of oil; fried the eggs (sunny sided/scrambles)

  • Then cook the meat till it is cooked.

  • Serve the rice in a bowl then placed all the ingredients on top.
