HOMECOOK BIBIMBAP
Serves 2-4
(Prep. time 20 mins)
Ingredients:
300g of your choices of meat
1 corn
Fried eggs
½ cucumber
½ carrot
Rice (depends)
2 tbsp of light soy sauce
1 tbsp of dark soy sauce
To make it:
Add dark soy sauce and light soy sauce to marinate the minced meat for 10 minutes.
Cook the rice based on the number of people.
Shred the cucumber, carrot and potato into stripes. Remove the corn kernels from the corn cob.
Steam the shredded carrots and corns for about 5 minutes until the it is cooked.
Heat up the pan with 2 tablespoon of oil; fried the eggs (sunny sided/scrambles)
Then cook the meat till it is cooked.
Serve the rice in a bowl then placed all the ingredients on top.
