HASHBROWN

Serves 3-5
(Prep.time 15 mins)

Ingredients:

  • 6 medium size Potatoes

  • 2 egg

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Chilli flake

  • Parsley

 

To make it:

  • Wash and peel the potatoes skin.

  • Shred the potatoes.

  • Dry the shredded potatoes with dry cloth or kitchen towel.

  • Beat an egg and mix it together with the shredded potatoes.

  • Add a pinch of salt, peppers, chilli flakes and parsley just for taste.

  • Heat your pan with low-medium and pour some oil on it.

  • Pour your mixture onto the pan, it takes 5-8 minutes to cook per surface.

  • Cook it with your lid cover to speed up the cook time.

  • Serve it hot.
