HASHBROWN
Serves 3-5

Ingredients:

6 medium size Potatoes
-
2 egg
-
Salt
-
Pepper
-
Chilli flake
-
Parsley
To make it:

Wash and peel the potatoes skin.

Shred the potatoes.

Dry the shredded potatoes with dry cloth or kitchen towel.

Beat an egg and mix it together with the shredded potatoes.

Add a pinch of salt, peppers, chilli flakes and parsley just for taste.

Heat your pan with low-medium and pour some oil on it.

Pour your mixture onto the pan, it takes 5-8 minutes to cook per surface.

Cook it with your lid cover to speed up the cook time.

Serve it hot.
