FRIED WATER SPINACH

(Prep.time 20 mins)
Ingredient A:
400g of water spinach
Ingredient B (Batter):
450ml of water
200g of rice flour
50g of corn flour
150g of plain flour
100g of custard powder
3 tablespoon of salt
2 tablespoon of bottled curry powder
2 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of pepper powder
To make it:
Rinse water spinach and drain.
Heat up oil in a wok. Shape some water spinach into a ball and dip into the ingredient B to coat.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Remove and drain off the excess oil.
