FRIED WATER SPINACH

Serves 3-5
(Prep.time 20 mins)

Ingredient A:

  • 400g of water spinach

Ingredient B (Batter):

  • 450ml of water

  • 200g of rice flour

  • 50g of corn flour

  • 150g of plain flour

  • 100g of custard powder

  • 3 tablespoon of salt

  • 2 tablespoon of bottled curry powder

  • 2 tablespoon of sugar

  • 1 tablespoon of pepper powder


To make it:

  • Rinse water spinach and drain.

  • Heat up oil in a wok. Shape some water spinach into a ball and dip into the ingredient B to coat.

  • Deep fry until golden brown.

  • Remove and drain off the excess oil.
