FRIED FISH WITH FISH BALL NOODLE SOUP
Serves 4-6
(Prep.time 35 mins)
Ingredients:
300g of garoupa (chopped)
200g of fish ball
100g of noodles of your choices (soak to soft)
1 spring onion
1 ginger
Some coriander
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
½ tablespoons of salt
pepper
To make it:
Cut the ginger, spring onion and coriander into shred, and set aside.
Use sesame oil to stir-fry shredded ginger till fragrant then dredge out.
Remain the hot sesame oil to deep fry the fish fillet till cooked, add in one bowl of water and bring to boil. Put the fish ball in it for 2 minutes after the water is boiled.
Pour in the noodle and shredded ginger and season with ½ tablespoon salt and a little of ground pepper then cooked for 5 minutes.
The coriander can be added based on the personal like and taste. Ready to serve.
