FRIED FISH WITH FISH BALL NOODLE SOUP

Serves 4-6
(Prep.time 35 mins)

Ingredients:

  • 300g of garoupa (chopped)

  • 200g of fish ball

  • 100g of noodles of your choices (soak to soft)

  • 1 spring onion

  • 1 ginger

  • Some coriander

  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil

  • ½ tablespoons of salt

  • pepper


To make it:

  • Cut the ginger, spring onion and coriander into shred, and set aside.

  • Use sesame oil to stir-fry shredded ginger till fragrant then dredge out.

  • Remain the hot sesame oil to deep fry the fish fillet till cooked, add in one bowl of water and bring to boil. Put the fish ball in it for 2 minutes after the water is boiled.

  • Pour in the noodle and shredded ginger and season with ½ tablespoon salt and a little of ground pepper then cooked for 5 minutes.

  • The coriander can be added based on the personal like and taste. Ready to serve.
