DRY FRIED PRAWN

Serves 3-5
(Prep.time 20)

Ingredients:

  • Fresh prawns (600g)

  • 50g of garlic (chopped)

  • 50g of shredded ginger

  • Sauce ingredients (mixed well)

  • 50g of tomato ketchup

  • 2 tablespoon of light soy sauce

  • 2 teaspoon of sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil


To make it:

  • Heat up oil in a wok.

  • Deep fry prawns for 1 minute, remove and set aside.

  • Reserve 3 tablespoon of oil in the same wok.

  • Stir fry garlic and ginger until aromatic.

  • Put the prawns back into the same wok and shallow fry until both sides are done.

  • Add sauce ingredients gradually and cook until the sauce dries up.
