DRY FRIED PRAWN
Serves 3-5
(Prep.time 20)
Ingredients:
Fresh prawns (600g)
50g of garlic (chopped)
50g of shredded ginger
Sauce ingredients (mixed well)
50g of tomato ketchup
2 tablespoon of light soy sauce
2 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
To make it:
Heat up oil in a wok.
Deep fry prawns for 1 minute, remove and set aside.
Reserve 3 tablespoon of oil in the same wok.
Stir fry garlic and ginger until aromatic.
Put the prawns back into the same wok and shallow fry until both sides are done.
Add sauce ingredients gradually and cook until the sauce dries up.
