CHICKEN WRAP
Serves 2-4
(Prep.time 20mins)
Ingredients:
300g of chicken breast meat
1 egg
1 carrot
1 tomato
Some lettuce leaves
Tortilla
¼ cup of sesame sauce
¼ cup of olive oil
To make it:
Cut the tomato into the pieces and skive the carrot.
Cook the chicken breast meat for about 15 minutes after the water is boiled. After that, thinly sliced the chicken breast meat into pieces.
Stir the egg well then pour it into the pan after the pan is hot. Fry it.
After the ingredients are done preparing, spread 2 teaspoons of sesame sauce and olive oil over each tortilla.
Layer with the lettuce, sliced tomatoes, chicken, egg and shredded carrot. Roll up tightly. Serve.
