CARAMELIZED BITES
Serves 1-3
(Prep. time 10 mins)
Ingredients:
3 pieces of bread
1 tsp of butter
2 tsp of sugar
2 tsp of water
2 tsp of milk
To make it:
Cut the breads into small square. (1cmx1cm)
Toast the bread pieces on a pan or oven until it become golden brown.
Set the pan with low medium heat.
Add the butter on the pan.
Before the butter fully melt, add sugars to it.
Add water right before the sugar fully melts and stir it.
Add the milk to the mixture and keep on stirring until it turns light brown.
Pour the toasted bread into the caramel sauce.
Make sure all the breads been cover with caramel sauce.
